    Epoxy Top Coat — FAQ

Do I need to remove my old coating first?

If the existing coating is sound and compatible, we can abrade/clean and apply a new top coat. If it’s peeling or incompatible, we’ll recommend removal and proper prep.

    Which sheen should I choose?

Matte hides scuffs, satin balances cleanability and glare, gloss is the most reflective. We’ll match your traffic and cleaning needs.

    Is there a non-slip option?

Yes — we can add traction media for wet or sloped areas, tuned to your footwear and cleaning methods.

DIY or installed — what’s the difference?

Installed includes our prep/equipment and application. DIY kits include the materials, coverage rates, and basic application guide; you handle prep and install.
